1. Dapat berkongsi sambungan internet tanpa memerlukan wayar lan dan router dengan menggunakan internet connection sharing.

4. Check “This is a computer…..“

5. Tekan “OK“

6. Tekan “Continue anyway“

Maka dengan itu wireless adhoc network anda telah disetup dengan jayanya. Cuba view wireless network:

Selesai? Sekarang komputer lain boleh view dan connect kepada komputer anda tanpa memerlukan wayar lan atau sebarang router.

Untuk berkongsi sambungan internet, masuk network connections > pilih connection anda (Streamyx, 3g dll) > right click, properties > advanced > cari bahagian Internet Connection Sharing.

Cara-cara memasang Windows 7

Seperti biasa, perkara pertama yang anda harus lakukan adalah memastikan PC anda dapat membaca DVD ketika ia mula-mula dihidupkan. Ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan menetapkan boot sequence yang pertama kepada CD/DVD. Setelah boot sequence telah ditetapkan, masukkan DVD Windows 7 Beta dan hidupkan komputer anda

1. Skrin pertama yang keluar akan memaparkan msej “Windows is loading files…”, tunggu sehingga proses ini selesai.

2. Kotak pertama, kedua, dan ketiga memaparkan pilihan bahasa, zon masa dan matawang, serta tetapan papan kekunci. Tetapkan pilihan anda dan klik Next.

3. Klik pada butang “Install Now” untuk memulakan pemasangan Windows 7.

4. Tandakan pada kotak “I accept license terms” dan klik Next.

5. Klik pada butang Custom untuk melakukan pemasangan bersih Windows 7.

6. Pilih partition manakah yang akan memuatkan Windows 7, dan klik Next.

7. Proses pemasangan telah bermula. Tunggu sehingga proses pemasangan selesai.

8. Setelah proses pemasangan siap, anda akan dikehendaki untuk membuat beberapa tetapan asas terhadap Windows 7 anda. Pertama sekali, masukkan nama anda dan nama bagi komputer, kemudian klik Next.

9. Masukkan kata laluan bagi akaun Windows 7 anda dan klik Next.

10. Masukkan nombor siri yang anda perolehi dari Microsoft sewaktu muat—turun dahulu, dan klik Next

11. Pilih pilihan bagi Windows Update. Untuk memastikan Windows 7 anda sentiasa dikemaskini, pilih “User recommended settings

12. Pilh zon masa anda dan klik Next.

13. Kini Windows 7 sudah siap dipasang, dan anda sudah boleh mula menggunakannya.

Langkah-langkah Memasang Windows Vista

Terlebih dahulu, tetapkan boot sequence supaya komputer boleh boot dari CD-ROM.
Hidupkan komputer, dan terus masukkan CD Windows Vista. Sekiranya komputer berjaya boot dari CD, ia akan memaparkan skrin “Windows is loading files

3. Skrin “Install Windows” dipaparkan. Klik pada butang Next

4. Klik pada “Install Now”.

5. Terma dan syarat bagi Windows Vista dipaparkan. Setelah membaca terma dan syarat ini, tandakan pada kotak “I accept the license terms” dan klik butang Next.

6. Pilih “Custom (advanced)” sebagai jenis pemasangan.

7. Pilih partition mana yang akan digunakan untuk memasang Windows Vista, dan klik pada butang Next.

8. Proses pemasangan Window Vista bermula. Tunggu sehingga proses ini selesai.

9. Setelah proses pemasangan siap, skrin “Set Up Windows” dipaparkan. Isikan kata nama dan kata laluan bagi akaun Windows Vista anda, dan klik pada butang Next.

10. Isikan nama komputer dan klik pada butang Next.

11. Pilih “Use recommended settings” sekiranya anda mahu Windows Update dijalankan secara automatik

12. Pilih zon masa yang betul, serta pastikan tarikh dan masa yang dipaparkan adalah tepat. Klik pada butang Next

13. Proses pemasangan telah selesai. Klik pada butang Start untuk mula menggunakan Windows Vista.
